Please note this property is on a busy street and noise should be expected. The McLeary street is in the heart of Ocean Park beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach and some noise is to be expected as it is a busy street. Property is part of a 2 unit property. You will be renting Unit 1 with 3 bedrooms and share common areas (pool, laundry and patio) with other guests. The unit is part of a 2 unit villa hosted by Capital Jetset. Capital Jetset is a local company owned and operated by Puertoricans who are passionate for hospitality. We believe the beach lifestyle should be accessible to everyone. House Rules & Important Notes The Municipality of San Juan establishes maximum permitted noise levels that must be respected at all times: 65 decibels from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM 55 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Accordingly, quiet hours at the property are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are expected to comply with these municipal regulations during their stay. Our property also maintains a Strict No Party / Noise Violation Policy. Our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request immediate checkout from the property, no refunds will be granted, and a $200 fine may apply.

Great spot right in the middle of Ocean Park....walk to everything!
Great stay. Perfect location, right next to several eateries and a block’s walk away from the beach. 10 Minutes in either direction to either the airport or to nightlight and chances to explore. A few pieces were broken upon arrival; a lamp, toilet and a curtain rod, as well as the electricity being off upon arrival. But outside of that initial hiccup it was a perfect stay and one I would definitely consider in the future! Thanks!

JC Collection was very responsive during our stay. The spaces are quite small but adequate. The porch, living room and dining areas were very comfortable for our group of 6. The beach is just a couple blocks away which was very nice and the huge bakery across the street got a lot of business from us! It was a tight squeeze for our rental car, but still very helpful to have onsite parking.
The place is in a prime location, very close to walkable places as well as places you can get in a car very quickly. The host was always responsive and in a very quick manner. They answered all of my questions. The only thing that was a tiny bit of an inconvenience was that one of the bathrooms doesn't have any ventilation, no windows or fan, to air it out. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it was a nice option to have! The place was clean and had all of the amenities we needed.
Great place to stay. Would definitely book again.
