This listing is for the upstairs unit only, Apartment B. There are three apartments on the property, and this space offers private access to your unit. House Rules & Important Notes 1. There may be construction activity from a neighboring property during your stay. 2. Quiet hours: The Municipality of San Juan establishes maximum permitted noise levels that must be respected at all times: 65 decibels from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM 55 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Accordingly, quiet hours at the property are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are expected to comply with these municipal regulations during their stay. For security and compliance purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and exterior noise detection sensors installed in specific areas in accordance with privacy policies (never in bathrooms, bedrooms, or other private areas). These devices help ensure the safety of the property and respect for neighborhood noise regulations. Our property also maintains a Strict No Party / Noise Violation Policy. The noise detection system alerts us when sound levels exceed permitted limits. Loud music or party activity is considered to occur at levels above 75 decibels. If the system detects noise above this level for more than 10 minutes, we will send one notification requesting that the noise be reduced. If the event occurs again, our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request immediate checkout from the property, no refunds will be granted, and a $200 fine may apply. It is strictly prohibited to move, cover, disconnect, turn off, or otherwise tamper with any security cameras or noise detection devices, including altering their angle of view. Any attempt to tamper with these devices may result in penalties and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

We had a great stay in San Juan! The space was perfect for our group of 6 girls - we loved having two bathrooms, multiple outdoor spaces, and Walkability to the beach.
My family stayed here with another family and together we had four adults, two four year olds and two babies. Pros: The location was great. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The apartment was big enough for all of us and the layout was good for two families. We enjoyed the front balcony in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and blackout curtains were helpful. AC in each room were quiet and adjustable. Cons: We were awoken by trash truck emptying dumpster every morning. The jacuzzi jets did not work. There are no screens in the windows and instead there is a thin plastic so you cannot get fresh air. In summary it was an enjoyable visit however with some issues.
We had an absolutely lovely time at capital jetset. The location was perfect - super close to the beach as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. The outdoor spaces were great and really good for a big group.
